| New topic: Who is justice to you in the situation in Death Note. Kira ( Light ) or L? For people who want to reply on the thread but does not know the story of Death Note: ( Spoiler-free! ) Yagami Light is a smart but awfully bored high school student who have a strong sense of justice. One day he came across a supernatural notebook otherwise known as the 'Death Note' previously owned by a shinigami. ( God of Death ) This notebook can kill any human just aslong as you know the person's name and face.
Light didn't really believe it at first, but still tried it out. He saw in the news that a criminal is loose, the criminal's name and picture is shown and Light tries the notebook out.
The next day he found out that the criminal died. He was surprised at first, and still didn't believe that it was true. He tried it again on another criminal he saw on the street. The criminal died after 40 seconds.
He thought that now he has the power to judge over criminals, he should clense the world of evil. Making him the 'god of the new world'.
Although he thinks he is justice, the police does not. Then a famous legendary detective, otherwise known as L, showed up and swore to catch the 'childish murderer' or 'Kira' as known to the world. ( His name is derived from 'killer'. In Japanese it sounds like 'Kira'. )
So basically, Yagami Light thinks that killing criminals that harm the innocent and disrupting peace is justice. L thinks that Light is a criminal killing other criminals. Which is wrong because even criminals can change. ( If you read Les Miserables, a former convict changed and learn to love ) Well heres my opnion: I think L is justice. ( Sure I like him and all but that does not influence my opinion. ) Because criminals can change. Sure they harm other people, but people have reasons. For example, a criminal is stealing because he needs money. Although some criminals enjoy doing bad things, that means they were ignored and they weren't helped before, making them insane. The people ( as in, people in the story of Death Note ) support Kira because they are scared of death. So they try not to sin. Although that may sound a good thing at first, but it is not. Because the people weren't afraid to sin before because Kira wasn't there to judge. The people are merely just afraid of death. Now don't I make sense or not? Well that was a long comment I just did. Anyway, if you people won't reply again then I'd just be crazy debating with myself! Who would most likely win in the battlefield? A peasant that has experienced lots of battles, or a well-trained soldier that is fairly new to the battlefield?
Lets say the peasant and the soldier encountered eachother in a 1 on 1 battle.
The peasant recieved no special training whatsoever. But has tried his best to survive the wars. He has been in countless of battles, and that trained his mind and body at the same time. To put it simple, his experience is very high.
Now the soldier is very well-trained and always trained. But he was too busy training to actually attend to battles or missions. He has knowledge of what to do, but only tried it on practices, not real battles. Basically, he is a well-trained soldier, his skills are very high, but what he lacks is experience.
So whould most likely win in the fight? The peasant who didn't get special training, or the soldier who is very skillful but lacks experience? Its like asking whats more important: Skill or Experience?
Well I vote for experience. Skill gives you advantage, but experience makes you wise and gives you strength. Peasant would most likely win in the fight. Practice and the real thing is waaaaaay different. | |

And Let's have an example here, Raiden from MGS2, you see, Raiden is well trained but never got into a real battle, that caused him to have tons of Game Ovars. :3 But he's still sexy.
