Karaoke Night

Hooray for fillers! Yes this filler is where all of the characters sing. Season 1 Filler FTW! ( Don't worry, every end of the season theres a karaoke filler. FTW! )

'I don't have anything planned today...' Rukawa thought as he arise from his bed. He was walking towards the bathroom door, and tripped over a box.

"Oh what the hell! What a way to start the day! Lady isn't doing a very good job in cleaning my room!" Rukawa yelled to himself. His room is sound proof anyway, so no one could hear.

"What is this anyway..." He said and peered inside the box. He a CD, two microphones, and two huge booklets.
"... A karaoke machine." Rukawa said simply. And yet he was surprised to see one in his room.

He suddenly laughs and said: "Don't tell me the old man liked singing with this thing!" ( Old man = Old Emperor )

"Wait a second... I could use this tonight! Yes! This should be part of my speech today. Tonight, we sing! Tonight, I'd be entertained oh so well! There's no way I would lose in a battle of karaoke! The--" Rukawa said to himself loudly and proudly, till Lady came in.

"You're up already?" Lady asked surprised.
"Uh... Yeah." Rukawa tried to stand properly, since he was raising his arms in triumph just a while ago.

"What's that? Ooh! Is that the karaoke machine that the old emperor loved?" Lady said and jumped with joy.
"Uh yeah. Wait, did he made you sing too?" He asked.
"Not really. He allowed us to sing with him though. Heh... I was kinda nervous to sing infront of the others."

He ignored what she just said. He walked inside the bathroom and before closing the door, he said: "Tell the others the meeting is after breakfast."

"Hai~" 'That's odd... He usually makes his boring speeches before breakfast, right after everyone is awake.' Lady thought and proceeded to clean his room.

"This guy sure makes a good mess in just one night..." Lady said to herself. Not noticing that Rukawa is already out of the bathroom.
"What does he even do every night? ... Never mind... I don't think I want to know. Maybe its better that way..." She continued. She turned around and saw a slightly irritated Rukawa.

"What does that supposed to mean?"
"Eh... I'll go wake them up now yeah?" Lady changed the subject and tried to leave the room. Thankfully, Rukawa let her go.
"Oh and, try not mentioning about that karaoke machine." Rukawa said before she left. Lady thought of asking why, but decided not to. She didn't want any trouble.

"Good mornin' everyone." Rukawa said while smirking.
"Are you all awake now?" He continued.
"I hate to admit it but yes." Kiku said and sighed.

He ignored what she said and started his speech.

"Oh and tonight!" Rukawa almost forgot his plan. Everyone suddenly jumped from their seats because he said it loudly.
"This morning, I came across with this box." He started. ( And it had Snake in it. He was talking about being his destiny to be in the box. LOL )

"And it was a karaoke machine." Rukawa said and grinned.

'Oh hell no.' Kiku thought.

"So tonight. We sing! All of you are required to sing atleast one song! Not only that, but the person who gets the highest score before the night ends, gets extra priveleges!" He said with joy.

"And what are those priveleges?" Kiku asked bitterly. She thought he might be screwing with them.
"Well... I think all of you would like the most is... Being able to skip my morning speeches."

Everyone was shocked. Now they would sing all night to win.

"Oh and... If I happen to win..." Rukawa grinned oh so wider. Everyone was waiting for him to continue. They wished he said nothing will happen, he'd just continue to do those speeches.

"There would be evening speeches as well." Rukawa said and laughed deviously.

Everyone wanted to kill him...

Through Karaoke.

"So this karaoke machine has its own scoring. The top score you can get in one song is 100. And lowest is 0. The more songs you sing, the more likely of you winning. Let's sing our hearts out tonight!" Rukawa said through the microphone.

Everyone replied by yelling.

"Now everyone, get a peice of paper in this box." Rukawa said and pointed at the box beside him.
"Only get one though. Inside that paper is a number, and that's the order we're going to follow." Rukawa explained.

"I got number one." Rukawa said and grinned.
"That's unfair! You already got it before we did." Kiku said.
"Why, you wanna sing first?" Rukawa mocked her.
"Hell no. But I sure do want to skip those freaking speeches!" Kiku yelled.

"Who has number two then?" Kiku asked the group.

"Not me, I'm number 4!" Yami said cheerfully.
"Six." Yamira said plainly.
"Five!" Shiawase said happily.
"Seven." Rikimaru said.
"Eight." Ayame said.
"Nine!~" Lady said cheerfully.
"Aww 10!" Rikimura said.
"Maybe its you." Yamira said.
"Nope I'm last. How about you Yagima?" Kiku replied.

He showed the number. It's three.

"Then who the hell is two?!" Kiku yelled.
"Its Nixme! She's running away!" Shiawase said and pointed at a sneaking Nixme.

"Did I mention, there would be punishment for the people who don't sing?" Rukawa said seriously.

Nixme stopped walking.

"Well then. Be awed by the sight of me singing!" Rukawa said and laughed. ( Don't kill me mind twin. )

He sang The FourthAvenue Cafe. By L'Arc~en~Ciel. ( It's from Ruroni Kenshin. Nii-chan loves that song :o )

"... I hate to admit it but he's pretty good." Kiku said to the group while Rukawa is singing.
"Remember the monthly karaoke nights we have back in the clan?" Ayame suddenly said.
"... Of course I remember... Our dad always makes us sing..." Kiku said and frowned at the memory.

"Aww c'mon! What do you have against singing?" Rikimura asked.
"Deep down she likes to sing. Not infront of people though." Ayame said and laughed. Kiku glared at her.
"Why, are ya shy to sing infront of everybody?" Yami asked and grinned.

"Don't worry I'm like that too!" Lady said and smiled cheerfully.
"You're mocking me." Kiku said in an irritated face.

"Whew! See that? A ninety!" Rukawa said while pointing at his score.
"Hoi! Nixme! You better sing!" Rukawa continued.

"... Okay..."

( Mind twin wants her to sing Make you Free. )

"Hoi hoi Nixme! Sing this!" Shiawase said and pointed at the song.
"B-but..."
"What? What's that? You DO want to sing it? Okay!" Shiawase said and grinned happily.

"What the hell! I can't even hear her!" Rukawa yelled.
"Your voice is actually louder than hers." Yamira stated.
"Use the mic Nixme! Use it!" Shiawase yelled.

The song ended. And the score was...

"... Z-zero... EPIC FAIL!" Kiku yelled and laughed.
"Mock her now. Maybe she'd mock you when YOU sing." Yamira said silently.
"You can't mock me. All of your ears would be bleeding when I sing." Kiku said and laughed more.

"And... Don't think I'll give you some slack when you're singing." She continued and grinned.
"I don't really care what you say." Yamira replied.
"We'll see." Kiku said and continued grinning.

Next was Yagima.

"Wow. Yagima you're really singing?" Lady asked.
"Of course." He replied and smirked.
"Heh. You want to skip his speeches too!" Lady said.
"Not really. I don't mind his speeches." Yagima replied.
"Then why are you singing? You actually want to?"

"... No." He said and stepped on the stage.
"Obviously there would be a punishment for someone who don't sings." He continued through the microphone.

The song started to play. It was Seishun Kyousoukyoku by Sambomaster.

"And I think there would be a punishment for the lowest scoring person." He continued and began singing.

"WHAT?!"

"Heh. I knew that guy would guess that so early. Too bad he mentioned it so early." Rukawa said and grinned.
"You evil bastard." Kiku glared at him.

The song ended. And the score is...

"Ninety-two." Yagima said and smirked.
"You son of a bitch!" Rukawa yelled.

Everyone laughed at Rukawa's remark.

( Hoshit. Fuji not now! D: )

"Yosh! I'm next!" Yami said cheerfully.
"Oh please don't sing anything goofy." Yamira said to herself.
"Too late!" Yami said and smiled.

( Mada mada, hayai yo. Fuji stop trying to spam me with your songs. I won't put any on this! )

He picked Movin! by Takacha. ( Yes because I like that song. It gives me this weird dancing feeling that I actually like. And I think it suits his personality. ) He got an eighty-five.

( Fuck this song's guitar solo is awesome. )

"Well that was... Fruity." Lady said and tried to not laugh.
"Now that's mean!" Yami replied.
"I wasn't trying to be mean!"
"But I'm offended! Apologize!"

"Hey its Yamira's turn already!" Shiawase said happily.
"Don't make such a big deal out of it." Yamira said calmly.

"Sorry. Can't do that." Shiawase and Kiku said at the same time.
Yamira just glared at them.

"Hurry up and pick a song." Rukawa said impatiently.

She sang a song that no one ever heard before. And it didn't seem to make sense.

"Ha! A seventy!" Kiku said mockingly.
"That's what you get for picking a weird song!" She continued.

"Wait. Aren't you number six?" Rukawa asked.
"Huh? Yes."
"We're supposed to be on five!" Rukawa yelled.
"Ha! I confused all of you!" Shiawase said cheerfully.

"Don't pull that stunt again or I'll deduct some points from you!" Rukawa yelled.
"Mean asshat!" Shiawase said and ran towards the stage.

"Lady. Are all the windows and doors closed?" Yagima asked.
"Yeah. Why?"
"... A storm is approaching..."

"Aww. An eighty-seven!" Shiawase wasn't pleased of her score.
"I hope that didn't make a mess outside." Lady said.

"Heh. It's Rikimaru's turn!" Ayame said.
"I'm not singing." He said plainly.
"Hoi just sing one song!" Rikimura tried to convince him.
"I rather not." Rikimaru replied.

"You do know there's a punishment." Rukawa said.
"Do you think you can threaten me with that?" Rikimaru replied.
"Fine. Ayame. It's your turn."

She sang Butterfly Kiss from Rave Master.

"A ninety!" Ayame said cheerfully.
"I can't believe that Yagima is still on the lead!" Rikimura said.
"Not for long though, I'll be next after Lady." He continued.

"You think you can beat me?" Yagima provoked him.
"What did you say?"

'Good. Make a scene while I'm singing.' Lady said to herself.

She sang Rolling Star by YUI.

"Yatta!~ A ninety!" She said cheerfully.

"Yosh! It's my turn!" Rikimura was pumped up. He decided to sing Ima Made Nando Mo ( I forgot the singer. :0 But it's from Naruto. )

"What the hell! A ninety-one!" Rikimura yelled. Yagima smirked.
"Wipe that smirk off your face! Hoi Kiku! Beat this bastard!"

"Hai~ Hai~" Kiku said mockingly.

"I wanted to sing Rolling Star but Lady beat me to it. I'll just sing that Dame Dame song." Kiku said. ( From RK. )

"Cover your ears." Kiku said and laughed while the music started playing.

"HAHAHA! A freaking ninety-five!" Kiku mocked everyone.
"How can that be possible! That was horrible!" Rukawa replied in disbelief.

"It only matters if you just yell at the mic. That's where it gets your score." Kiku sand and laughed.

"Hoi! Rikimura! Let's sing What's Up People!" Rukawa said.
"Hell yeah! We better get a hundred!" Rikimura replied.

"Oh hell no! Cover your ears! Your ears will REALLY bleed!" Kiku said and hid behind a chair.
"I'm with Kiku there!" Ayame said and followed her.

"BENRI BERNI BsadkASNDjs!!"
"WHATS UP FUANZAI KLAJSKHAKFHSJK"
"HEY HEY NINGEN SUCKER!"
"A NINGEN NINGEN FUCKER!"
"WHATS UP PEOPLE!"
"WHATS UP PEOPLE!"

( I'm srsly loling right now )

"Huwa! Nixme is dead!" Shiawase pointed at Nixme.
"Well then it's our turn." Yagima said.
"Our?" Everyone asked.
"Yes. We decided to sing together." Ayame said.

"What?!"

"Ichirin no Hana." They both said.
"Yagima is going to sing a screamo?!" Shiawase said, really amused.

"Heh! Hoi Kiku it's our turn!" Shiawase said happily.
"So what's the song again?"
"Tsumi no Bara!" ( Sinful Rose, it's from Disgaea 2. )

"Heck that was fun!"
"I want to sing another one!"

They sang all night indeed. When they awaken the next day...

"Wait... Who won?!" Kiku yelled.
"... I forgot the score..." Lady said.
"What?!"
"No one gets the priveleges?!"

"Too bad... Better luck next time." Rukawa said and grinned.
