Kiku opened the door revealing an awfully plain room. She sat on the nice comfy bed and yelled: "At last! I get to sleep on a real bed this time!"
"You only slept on the cold hard ground for one night!" Rukawa entered the room immidiately when he heard his sister.
"Well that was one really long night!" she said and lay down.
"I'm the prince, why can't I sleep on the bed!" Rukawa complained to Yamira.
"If you want to sleep on the bed, then go ahead." she said and left the room immidiately, she doesn't want to get a headache on such a simple thing.
"Hey, don't leave! What about me?!" Kiku yelled to the runaway.
"Not my problem." Yamira said and is now gone.
"Hehe, this is really comfy!" Rukawa said while jumping on the bed. ( You can tell if its comfy by jumping on it? :0 )
"Nii-sama that's unfair! I was suppose to sleep on the bed not you!" Kiku said in a very child-like voice. Rukawa had a weird look on his face while staring at his sister.
"What did you say?" he said, still staring at her.
"...Why what's wrong? What did I say?" Kiku, now confused, just shrugged it off and tried to push her brother away.
"...Okay... You sleep on the bed tonight, but tomorrow I get to sleep on the bed okay?" he said and left.
"Okay!" she said happily and whispered to herself: "Seriously... What did I say?"
"What's wrong Rukawa-san?" Nixme asked when he left the room.
"She called me 'nii-sama'. She used to call me that when we were a lot younger. That now is rare and weird." he said with a sad face. ( You likey me cally you nii-sama? LOL I made myself laugh. ) Nixme just stayed silent.
Nixme left Rukawa in the living room and head upstairs where her room is.
"This room is so plain. I bet they don't have that much guests." Kiku muttered to herself. "I still don't know why nii-sama acted weird a while ago... Oh shit... I think I know now..." she said and gasped slightly.
'I bet ya heard me laugh at you!' the voice said mockingly.
"Oh yes I did heard you laugh at me! Infact, I can laugh with you! I am disgusted of myself!" she yelled and her back arched from the pain on her arm. ( Woah you gettin' possesed or somethin'? )
'Hahaha! We're startin' to think alike! That's good fer me and bad for ya!' the voice said.
"I agree on that comment." she said sarcasticly. ( OHMAIGAD FUJI STOP IT! Sorry listening to PoT while typing this is a bad idea... Gah his voice is so pretty! D: )
'Hahaha. 'Nyway. I know ya want to ask yer brother somethin'. Why not stand up and ask him now?' the voice said plainly this time.
"Oh would you like to help me do that?" she asked while still in pain.
'Sure! Though it'll hurt ya!' the voice started to use that mocking voice again.
"Oh then I'll pass..." she said while gasping for air. ( Does it really hurt? ) Then she suddenly stood up.
'Oops! Too late!' the voice said.
She or rather, the voice made her open the door, Kiku was trying her best not to, but the voice has more power over her. This made her open the door suddenly, catching Rukawa's immidiate attention.
"Kiku?" he just stared at the girl in pain.
"Uh... Hey..." she tried to stop moving around too much.
'Go! Ask'im!' the voice said.
"Yeah whatever just stop it!" she suddenly said, this made Rukawa even more surprised.
'Okay~' the voice said and the pain disappeared.
"Stop what exactly?" Rukawa asked, still weirded out.
"Uh... Nevermind... Anyway, can I ask you something before sleeping?" she asked and shook her head, trying to recover from the pain.
"Uh... Sure." He said and sat up.
"After we go meet the emperor tomorrow, what are we gonna do about the clan?" she asked, rubbing her arm. ( It itches! )
"Well surely there are other survivors. So I guess, we should try to find them." he said, trying to think of more options.
"Oh... That's all. Oyasumi." she said and left immidately.
"Oyasumi." he replied and tried to sleep again.
The next day...
Morning came and Kiku decided to stand up and drink a nice cup of warm milk. ( GAD FUJI YOUR VOICE IS PRETTY D: Sorry I don't want to highlight that and delete it. I might go back to the previous page and lose this. )
When she opened the door...
"Ah! Kiku, err sorry! You surprised me! Did I wake you up?!" Nixme stuttered loudly. Kiku still has that blank expression when you wake up in the morning.
"Are you this loud in the morning...?" she asked and head to the kitchen.
"Ah... sorry!" She said and decided to wake up Rukawa. ( Woah random much. )
"Do you have milk here...? Oh never mind, found it..." She said and took the carton out.
"Uhh... Rukawa-san... You should wake up now... Rukawa-san..." Nixme said while poking him. ( LOL! Poke that damned bastard! DO YER BEST!! )
"HUWA! Kiku you're drinking MY milk!" Shiawase pointed at the half-asleep girl.
"Huh? Oh sorry... I drank it all..." she said plainly and yawned. ( This is the part where I tab fail D: )
"EH?! Yamira look what she did!" she said to the girl beside her.
"Yes I can see clearly... And I can hear you awfully clear too." Yamira said and headed to the kitchen, then she noticed the timid girl trying to wake up the sleeping, supposed-to-be prince.
"Nixme... What are you doing?" she asked while staring at her and backing away.
"Uhh I'm trying to wake Rukawa-san up..." she said and played with her fingers. ( LOL are you Hinata or something? )
"Why are you poking him like that...?" she asked hesitating.
"How should I wake him up then?" She asked nervously.
"I refuse to answer that question." Yamira said and left the scene.
Back to the two girls who apparently have milk fetishes.
"Look you may be a survivor of that famous clan, but that doesnt give you the right to drink MY milk! Infact, you did not only drink my milk, you actually drank all of it!" Shiawase yelled at the still half-asleep girl.
"Look I said I was sorry for drinking your precious milk." She said plainly.
"Say it like you mean it you lumberjack!" she demanded. ( LOL lumberjack? )
"Lumberjack...?" She asked in a low tone.
"GAH! Just forget it! Just don't do it again!" Shiawase said and took a glass of water.
"Okay..." she said and washed her face to wake herself up.
"Rukawa-san..." The poor girl tried her best to wake him up.
"You're doing it wrong!" Kiku yelled in her normal tone. Apparently, the water worked.
"I'm doing it wrong...?" Nixme asked, very confused.
"If you want to wake him up, yell at his face and hit him a little more harder!" she said and did what she said as an example.
"Hoy Rukawa! For some reason Nixme wants you to wake up!" She said and pushed him.
"Its not working..." Nixme said nervously. Kiku just stared at her weirdly.
"Gah. I give up. This guy is hopeless!" she said and decided to take a shower.
"The bathroom is upstairs, the last door." Yamira said and took a sip on her coffee.
"Huwa! I love this shower now!" Kiku said happily.
Then a knock on the door is heard.
"Hoy Kiku! Hurry up!" Rukawa said.
"Well look who decided to wake up! You're so on the wrong timing!" She complained.
"Whatever just hurry up!" he yelled at the door.
"Breakfast is ready!" Shiawase yelled. Even Kiku heard it.
'Ooh breakfast! I'm hungry!' Kiku thought and decided to hurry up.
"Kiku, after I eat, you better be---"
*BAM!!*
"There I'm done! ...Rukawa?" her brother is nowhere to be found. ( LOL he disappeared in the magical world of nothingness! )
"...Back here..." and Rukawa is now found in pain. After recovering from that, Kiku is now all dressed up, magically of course.
After a whole hour, all of them are all dressed up and ready to meet the emperor.
Just outside their house, is a couple of thugs surrounding a man.
"Look I said I was sorry man!" the man being surrounded said.
"A sorry ain't good enough for me! You bumped into me, and stepped on my new and priceless boots!" a thug that looks like the leader said.
"Well look who decided to show their faces around here." Kiku said, giving a death glare to the thugs.
"Hey its that girl from before! Run!" and so they left.
"Whew that was close! I didn't want my clothes to get ruined on a pointless fight!" the man said.
"I suppose I deserve a thank you. Well I don't really care." Kiku said plainly.
"Huh?" the guy looked at the group. 'Hey most of them are girls! And I bet that guy is gay!' the man thought.
"Uh, thank you very much for saving me the time on beating those guys up! My name is... not important. You can just call me Chris. Anyway, since you helped me back there, I would like to help you out." he said suddenly and bowed.
"Uh... Okay..." Kiku doesn't like this. And she is not happy at all.
"Ora! Nixme-san!" He suddenly yelled.
"Uh... Do I know you...?" she asked nervously.
"Huwa!! Nixme do you know him?! Why don't I know him!" Shiawase yelled when she was suppose to whisper it.
"She said 'Do I know you' to the guy. Isn't that obvious enough?" Yamira said and sighed.
"Oh yeah..." Shiawase said and decided to shut up.
"Ah, you don't know me? Well I was sent by the emperor to pick you up and lead you to the palace!" he said with a nice big grin.
"Why do we need an escort?" Yamira asked, thinking this is a trap.
"Road block. Cause of it is unknown, and only I can help you to get there safe and fast!" He said and put on proud face.
"I see..." Yamira said, still paranoid about the guy.
"Don't worry about it! Look heres the emblem badge." he said and took out a pretty badge.
"Wheres your ID?" Yamira asked, still concious.
"I left it at the palace, since this isn't really a mission." he said calmly.
"Why are you so paranoid? You read minds right? Can't ya tell if he's lyin' or not?" Kiku asked plainly. She wants this little meeting with the emperor already so she can go back to planning about her beloved clan.
"Point taken. But his mind is unreadable as his face." Yamira replied plainly as well.
"Look if we don't hurry, the emperor might get upset." The guy said, getting impatient.
"Aye aye sir!" Shiawase said joyfully.
